TERMS AND CONDITIONS

It is your responsibility to know if this course is accepted by your pastor.

REGISTRATION DURATION

Agape Catholic Ministries allows three (3) months (not excluding weekends or holidays) from the time of enrollment for completion of the program, after which time access to the account will be automatically cancelled.

If you have started the course but your account expires, you may be eligible for a reactivation if your account has not been inactive for more than 3 months. However, accounts that remain expired and inactive for more than 3 months will be permanently removed from our system.

After an account has been expired for 3 months:

Reactivation is no longer available.
Course progress cannot be restored.
A new course registration will be required to begin again.

THE RE-ACTIVATION FOR CATHOLIC MARRIAGE PREP NORMAL SPEED FEE IS $99.
THE RE-ACTIVATION FOR CATHOLIC BAPTISM PREP FEE IS $20.
THE RE-ACTIVATION FOR CATHOLIC QUINCE PREP FEE IS $35.

URGENT CARE CATHOLIC MARRIAGE PREP COURSE:

The Urgent Care Catholic Marriage Prep Course allows 1 month (not excluding weekends or holidays) from the time of enrollment for completion of the program, after which time access to the account will be automatically cancelled.

One 15-day free extension may be granted in case of extenuating circumstances. These circumstances will be reviewed and approved by an administrator.

If you have started the Catholic Marriage Prep Urgent Care course but your account expires, you will not be eligible for a free 15 day extension. Urgent Care accounts that remain expired and inactive for more than 1 month will be permanently removed from our system.

After an Urgent Care account has been expired for 1 month:

Course progress cannot be restored.
A new course registration will be required to begin again.

Re-activation is not available for Urgent Care Catholic Marriage Prep course. You must re-register and start the course over again.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or an error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Agapè Catholic Ministries shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. Agapè Catholic Ministries shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Agapè Catholic Ministries shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Order Acceptance Policy

Sales Taxes

Agapè Catholic Ministries shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within each area as required by law. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes on orders shipped to any state for which Agapè Catholic Ministries is not required by law to collect and remit such taxes.

Jurisdiction and Venue

You agree that any legal action brought against Agapè Catholic Ministries shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the Agapè Catholic Ministries sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in El Paso County, Colorado.
