PROGRAM OVERVIEW

This turnkey ministry pairs newly married couples with experienced mentor couples from your parish community. Through guided quarterly meetings over five years, participants develop relationship skills and deepen their understanding of Catholic marriage.

What Your Parish Receives

The Mentoring Structure: Newly married couples meet quarterly with an experienced mentor couple to discuss guided topics. Each year, couples are paired with a different mentor to gain varied perspectives and wisdom.

MENTOR COUPLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Practicing Catholics married at least 5 years
  • Commit to mentoring one couple per year
  • Participate in workshop preparation with their program year cohort
  • Experienced mentors may advance to Workshop Leader roles

ANNUAL PROGRAM RHYTHM:

  • Welcome Dinner – Launch event where all participants gather, mentor pairings are announced, and the year’s community is established
  • Three Quarterly Meetings – One-on-one mentor couple meetings on scheduled topics
  • Fourth Meeting/Graduation – Can be combined as a Final Night with paraliturgical celebration for graduating couples
